The Big Chill

As the mercury dips, many people take to the great outdoors for fun wintertime activities like skating, skiing and sledding. However, according to the National Weather Service, dropping temperatures coupled with harsh winds can lead to many hazards in the home and on the road.

WEATHER TO PREPARE™ is a national consumer education campaign developed by RED CROSS® Johnson & Johnson First Aid Kits and the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration's National Weather Service (NOAA) to underscore the importance of proactive preparation for weather-related events and to offer preparedness education tips on first aid/wound care, handling of emergency situations and weather guarding ones' home.

WEATHER TO PREPARE™ offers tips to manage some of winter's potential pitfalls.
